EASTER COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove items from refrigeration at least 30 minutes before re-heating.

 

Soup

Simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring frequently

 

Dinners for 2

Remove plastic, cover with foil

(best to heat biscuits separately)

 

Ham Dinner

Pour sauce over or remove and use when warmed heat for 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

 

Griggstown Split Chicken

350 degree oven, heat for 25-30

 

Salmon

Heat for 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

 

Lamb Shank

Remove plastic and cover with foil

Heat for 25-30 minutes covered in a 350 degree oven

 

Frittata

Heat for 20-30 minutes covered in a 350 degree oven

 

Vegetables

All vegetables can be heated in the oven covered with foil.

Also can be warmed in the microwave and they will not turn color

Or on the stove top with a little water

 

Scalloped Potatoes

Trays need 30-40 minutes covered

 

Individual pcs.

Microwave 2 minutes or oven for 10 minutes

Cooking Instructions

REMEMBER TO KEEP ALL ITEMS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Chicken Pot Pie
Remove from freezer 1 hr prior to reheating. Remove plastic, bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Eggplant Rollatini
Remove from freezer, place in an oven proof pan cover with your favorite sauce and bake at 350 for  45-55 minutes.

Cheese Lasagna / Mac & Cheese
Take directly from freezer, remove plastic and bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes. Finish uncovered for approximately 30 more minutes.

Baked Ziti
Take directly from Freezer, remove plastic and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Chicken Fingers-Take directly from freezer, place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

Microwave for 1-2 minutes

Chicken Dishes
All chicken dishes are completely cooked and may be eaten at room temperature, microwaved, or heated in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350.

Fish Dishes
All fish dishes are completely cooked and may be eaten at room temperature, microwaved, or heated in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 350.

All vegetable may be eaten at room temperature, or reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Bake at Home Pies
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.

Bake at Home Scones
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Bake at Home Cookie Dough
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

add 1-2 oz of water per pound and cook covered over

medium heat on the stovetop 2-4 minutes (this will change the color)

Or Microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Potatoes Dauphanoise

350 Degree Oven for 10-15 Minutes.

Or microwave for 1-2 Minutes

Surf & Turf Dinner

450 Degree Oven for 8 Minutes for Lobster Tail, 8-10 minutes for MR Filet Mignon

Green Beans & Potatoes Can microwaved for 1-2 Minutes

Rack of Lamb Dinner

425 Degree Oven for 20-25 Minutes
(or Meat Thermometer Reads 130 Degree Internal Temperature) for MR Lamb

Remove From oven & Allow to Rest for 5-10 Minutes

Green Beans & Potatoes Can microwaved for 1-2 Minutes

Crab Cakes & Crab Cake Dinner

350 Degree Oven for 10-15 Minutes
Green Beans & Potatoes Can microwaved for 1-2 Minutes

Chicken Francaise

350 Degree Oven for 10-12 Minutes

Lobster Ravoili w/Seafood Sauce

350 Degree Oven for 10-12 or Heat in a saucepan over Low heat on Stovetop for 5-8 minutes

Parika Salmon

350 Degree Oven for 5 Minutes or Enjoy at Room Temperature

Ravioli

Ravioli should be kept frozen until ready for use.

  • Fill the pot with 2/3 of a quart of water and bring to a boil.
  • When the water is boiling, add a heavy teaspoon of salt and add the frozen ravioli.
  • Stir immediately so none of the ravioli stick to the bottom of the pot.
  • Cook uncovered 8 minutes.
  • Remove ravioli with a slotted spoon and drain. Add your favorite sauce or toss gently with olive oil and set aside for later use.

Pasta

Fresh pasta can be kept in the refrigerator for (7) days. Freeze if you’re not going to use before then. Remove from freezer and defrost before cooking.

  • Fill the pot with 2/3 of a quart of water and bring to a boil.
  • When the water is boiling, add salt and  the fresh pasta.
  • Stir immediately so the pasta does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
  • Cook uncovered: angel hair 2 minutes, linguini 3 minutes, fettucuini and parpadelle 4-5 minutes, extruded pasta 4-6 minutes.
