REMEMBER TO KEEP ALL ITEMS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE
Chicken Pot Pie
Remove from freezer 1 hr prior to reheating. Remove plastic, bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Eggplant Rollatini
Remove from freezer, place in an oven proof pan cover with your favorite sauce and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
Cheese Lasagna / Mac & Cheese
Take directly from freezer, remove plastic and bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes. Finish uncovered for approximately 30 more minutes.
Baked Ziti
Take directly from Freezer, remove plastic and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Chicken Fingers-Take directly from freezer, place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

Microwave for 1-2 minutes
Chicken Dishes
All chicken dishes are completely cooked and may be eaten at room temperature, microwaved, or heated in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350.
Fish Dishes
All fish dishes are completely cooked and may be eaten at room temperature, microwaved, or heated in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 350.
Vegetables & Sides
All vegetable may be eaten at room temperature, or reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Bake at Home Pies
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
Bake at Home Scones
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Bake at Home Cookie Dough
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
Holiday Reheating Directions
All your items that you receive from us should be put in the refrigerator immediately
It’s best to remove items from refrigeration at least 30 minutes before re-heating.
Surf & Turf Dinner
450 degree oven for 8 minutes for Lobster Tails, 8-10 minutes for the Filet Mignon.
Potatoes & Green Beans Can be Microwaved for 1-2 minutes.
Soups, Beef Bourguigon
Simmer on low for 10-15 stirring frequently .
Green Beans, Asparagus
Reheat: add 1-2 oz of water per pound and cook covered over
medium heat on the stovetop 2-4 minutes (this will change the color)
-or- Microwave for 2-4 minutes.
Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach
Sweet Potato Casserole, Side Lobster Mac & Cheese
Reheat: in the oven@ 350ºF for 15-20. Remove plastic cover, replace w/foil.
You can add a little cream or milk to mashed potatoes if needed.
These items can also go in the microwave in microwave safe pan.
Quiche: in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes.
Chicken Piccata, Marsala Dinners
Reheat: 350 F, remove plastic lids, cover w/foil for 15 minutes –20 minutes.
Whole Tenderloin For Med-R uncovered 400F 10 min.
FOR tenderloin make sure oven is piping hot.
Beef Wellington reheat in a 400F oven for 10-12 minutes for Medium Rare
Mac & Cheese, Tortellini, Lasagna By the Tray
Reheat in the oven 350 F. covered for 45 minutes 10 uncovered
Very important to take out of refrigerator 30-45 minutes before ready to heat.
Small Frozen Lasagna
Remove Plastic, Reheat in a 350 oven for 40-45 minutes.
Mini Baked Brie
Reheat in the oven 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Frozen Hors d’oeuvres
Reheat in the oven 350 for 10-12 minutes
Ravioli
Ravioli should be kept frozen until ready for use.
- Fill the pot with 2/3 of a quart of water and bring to a boil.
- When the water is boiling, add a heavy teaspoon of salt and add the frozen ravioli.
- Stir immediately so none of the ravioli stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Cook uncovered 8 minutes.
- Remove ravioli with a slotted spoon and drain. Add your favorite sauce or toss gently with olive oil and set aside for later use.
Pasta
Fresh pasta can be kept in the refrigerator for (7) days. Freeze if you’re not going to use before then. Remove from freezer and defrost before cooking.
- Fill the pot with 2/3 of a quart of water and bring to a boil.
- When the water is boiling, add salt and the fresh pasta.
- Stir immediately so the pasta does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Cook uncovered: angel hair 2 minutes, linguini 3 minutes, fettucuini and parpadelle 4-5 minutes, extruded pasta 4-6 minutes.
